Yard Worker

Full-TimeStockton, CA

Sort, stack, and organize pallets in our processing yard. This is a physically active outdoor role that keeps our operations running efficiently every day.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Basic understanding of pallet grading (we will train)
No prior experience required — we train the right people

Forklift Operator

Full-TimeStockton, CA

Operate forklifts to load, unload, and stage pallets throughout our yard and warehouse. Safety and efficiency are the priorities in this role.

Requirements

Valid forklift certification (or willingness to certify)
Minimum 1 year forklift operating experience preferred
Strong spatial awareness and safety consciousness
Ability to work in a fast-paced yard environment
Clean driving record

CDL Driver

Full-TimeStockton, CA + Regional Routes

Drive our fleet across the Central Valley, delivering and picking up pallets for our business customers. Regional routes mean you are home most nights.

Requirements

Valid Class A or Class B CDL
Clean driving record with no major violations
Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
Ability to secure loads and perform pre-trip inspections
Strong customer service and communication skills

Pallet Repair Technician

Full-TimeStockton, CA

Inspect, disassemble, and repair damaged pallets using pneumatic tools, saws, and hand tools. Your craftsmanship extends the life of thousands of pallets each week.

Requirements

Experience with pneumatic nail guns and power saws
Ability to identify pallet defects and grade inventory
Comfortable with repetitive physical work in an outdoor setting
Attention to detail and quality standards
Prior pallet repair or carpentry experience a plus

Sales Representative

Full-TimeStockton, CA (Office + Field)

Build relationships with local and regional businesses to grow our customer base. You will sell pallet products, recycling services, and supply programs to manufacturing, logistics, and retail customers.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience (logistics or industrial preferred)
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline
Valid driver's license for customer site visits
CRM proficiency and basic computer skills
