What We Buy -- Condition Guide
We purchase pallets in every condition. Here is how we grade them and what you can expect. Our grading system is transparent -- you will always know exactly how your pallets are evaluated before we make an offer.
Minimal wear, no broken boards, structurally sound, no staining or contamination. Suitable for food, pharma, and export.
Minor cosmetic damage, fully functional, some board discoloration. May have minor nail pops or surface wear. Suitable for warehouse and general shipping.
Visible wear, may need minor repair, still has useful life remaining. Some boards may be cracked but stringers are intact. Suitable for one-way shipping.
Damaged beyond normal use -- we recycle 100% of the material. Broken stringers, split boards, major structural damage. We still pay for the recoverable material value.

Load Capacity Verified

We Verify

Pickup Arranged
We pick up the rejected pallets at no cost to you. They are routed to our repair or recycling lines.
