Needs Assessment
A dedicated account representative reviews your requirements, asks clarifying questions about your operation, and determines the best service combination. For selling, we may schedule an on-site inspection to evaluate pallet condition and volume accurately.
Detailed Quote
Our team prepares a transparent, itemized quote covering pallet costs, delivery or pickup fees, and any applicable service charges. Same-day quotes are standard for requests submitted before noon. Volume discount tiers are clearly outlined so you can plan accordingly.
Logistics Coordination
Once you approve the quote, we schedule pickup or delivery based on your preferred timing. Our dispatch team coordinates driver assignment, route planning, and load optimization. You receive a confirmation with an estimated arrival window and direct driver contact information.
Delivery & Inspection
Pallets are delivered on schedule or picked up from your site. Every pallet is inspected, graded, and documented at the point of exchange. Delivery includes forklift unloading and driver-verified pallet counts. You receive a signed delivery receipt and digital documentation.
Ongoing Partnership
We follow up after every transaction to ensure satisfaction. For recurring clients, we establish standing orders, assign a dedicated account manager, and provide monthly usage reports. Our goal is a long-term partnership that continuously optimizes your pallet spend.

Why Full-Service Matters
Managing pallets through multiple vendors means multiple contracts, inconsistent quality, and communication gaps. Working with Stockton Pallet Co. as your single pallet partner eliminates those problems and unlocks advantages you cannot get any other way.
Single Point of Contact
One dedicated account manager who knows your operation, your preferences, and your history. No more repeating yourself to different vendors every time you need pallets.
Consolidated Billing
One invoice covers buying, recycling, transportation, and custom services. Simplify your accounts payable, reduce paperwork, and get volume discounts that span all services.
Closed-Loop Supply Chain
We sell you pallets, pick up your empties, repair and recycle them, and sell them back. This circular model reduces your per-pallet cost by up to 40% over time.
Quality Consistency
Because we grade, repair, and deliver from the same facility, you get consistent quality on every load. No more surprises from unknown suppliers or variable repair shops.
Faster Response Times
When buying, recycling, transport, and repairs happen under one roof, there are no handoff delays. Need emergency pallets? We pull from our own inventory and dispatch our own trucks.
Sustainability Reporting
Get a single, comprehensive sustainability report that tracks every pallet across its lifecycle -- from purchase through reuse, repair, and final recycling. Ideal for ESG goals and audits.
Service Level Agreements
We back every service with measurable commitments. These are not aspirational targets -- they are guarantees we maintain for every client. If we miss an SLA, we make it right.
Quote Response
Every quote request submitted before noon receives a detailed, itemized response the same business day. After-hours requests are answered by 10 AM the next business day.
On-Time Delivery
We maintain a 98% or better on-time delivery rate across all routes. If a delivery is late by more than one hour beyond the stated window, the delivery fee is waived.
Quality Rejection Rate
Fewer than 2% of pallets we deliver are rejected on quality grounds. If your rejection rate exceeds this threshold, we replace the rejected units at no charge.
Pickup Scheduling
Surplus pallet pickups are scheduled within 24-48 hours of your request. Payment for buyback transactions is processed within 2 business days of pickup completion.
How We Have Helped Businesses Like Yours
From Central Valley produce packers to Bay Area distribution centers, here are three examples of how our services deliver measurable value.
Central Valley Produce Packer Cuts Pallet Costs 45%
Challenge
A large produce packing operation in Lodi was spending over $180,000 per year on new GMA pallets. Seasonal demand spikes meant rush orders at premium prices, and surplus pallets after harvest season were piling up with no disposal plan.
Solution
We set up a comprehensive buying and selling program with a standing weekly delivery of 400 Grade A recycled pallets during peak season, tapering to 150 during off-season. We also established a buyback program for their surplus post-harvest pallets.
Result
Annual pallet spend dropped from $180,000 to $99,000 -- a 45% reduction. The buyback program generated an additional $12,000 in revenue from surplus pallets. Zero pallets went to landfill.
Bay Area 3PL Eliminates Stockouts with VMI
Challenge
A third-party logistics provider in Oakland was managing pallets from three different vendors. Inconsistent quality caused warehouse rejections, delivery scheduling was unreliable, and they experienced 6 stockouts in a single year -- each costing $5,000 to $8,000 in production delays.
Solution
We consolidated all pallet services under a single vendor-managed inventory (VMI) program. Our team monitors their on-hand inventory, auto-replenishes before levels drop below threshold, and handles all recycling and disposal of damaged units.
Result
Zero stockouts in 18 months since launch. Quality rejection rate dropped from 8% to under 1.5%. Administrative time spent on pallet procurement was reduced by 30 hours per month.
Manufacturer Achieves Full Export Compliance
Challenge
A machinery manufacturer in Modesto needed ISPM-15 compliant pallets for international shipments to the EU and Asia. Their previous supplier could not provide consistent documentation, leading to customs delays averaging 4 days per shipment.
Solution
We built a custom pallet program with oversized heat-treated pallets (60x48 and 72x48) designed for their specific machinery dimensions. Every pallet ships with complete IPPC documentation, batch tracking, and customs-ready certificates.
Result
Customs delays dropped to zero. The manufacturer now ships to 12 countries without a single compliance issue. Custom pallets reduced product damage during transit by 60%, saving an estimated $45,000 per year in claims.
Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions we hear most often from new and prospective clients.
What areas do you serve?
We are based at 2622 Wigwam Dr, Stockton, CA 95205, and our fleet covers the entire Central Valley, the greater San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, and points throughout California. We also service Nevada, Oregon, Arizona, Washington, and Utah through our standard and extended delivery network. For orders outside our standard coverage area, we frequently arrange shipments through freight partnerships.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no strict minimum for standard-size pallets in stock -- we are happy to deliver as few as 20 pallets. For custom-sized pallets, the minimum order is 25 units. Volume discounts begin at 100 pallets per order, with additional pricing tiers at 250, 500, and 1,000+ units. Standing order programs can further reduce per-pallet cost regardless of individual order size.
How quickly can you deliver?
For in-stock standard pallets, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 10 AM within our core Central Valley service area. Standard delivery across California is 1-2 business days. Custom orders typically ship within 3-5 business days depending on complexity. Rush and emergency delivery options are available for an additional fee.
Do you buy pallets in any condition?
Yes. We purchase pallets in every condition, from pristine Grade A units to broken and damaged scrap. Even pallets that other companies refuse have value to us -- we repair what we can and recycle 100% of the remaining materials. Our on-site assessment team provides fair, transparent pricing based on condition, size, and quantity.
Are your used pallets as strong as new ones?
Our Grade A used pallets are functionally equivalent to new pallets. They have passed a rigorous 12-point structural inspection and any necessary repairs have been made with matched lumber and reinforced fasteners. Grade B pallets are suitable for most standard warehouse and shipping applications. We provide clear grading documentation so you know exactly what you are receiving.
